I think it's great for a band to get out of the habit of playing the same gig circuit. We played our 50th gig at Cabaret Voltaire on Sunday night, admittedly a bad night to have a celebratory gig, but it was an enjoyable show anyway and we played a 'gutsy' (quote Tim) performance to a good crowd. I think lots of them wanted to dance, but songs like 'Free' and 'More or Less' aren't exactly very danceable tracks but they still managed to get some moves in! Going back to what I said at the start, I think I speak for all of us when I say that it would be great to play some gigs out of Edinburgh and visit some of the traditional strongholds of the live indie scene, like Liverpool, Manchester and Leeds. "What about the world tour?' I hear you ask: well we're still saving for the private jet and 16 trucks to move the lighting rig.
